Curry Turkey Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 piece od dried red pepper
  • 600 g of turkey breast (or chicken breast)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1 dessertspoon of curry
  • 1 cup chicken stock/broth
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons white flour
  • 1 bunch of fresh onion
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, mince them both.
  2. Chop the red pepper.
  3. Cook the chopped turkey breast with margarine preferibly inside a wok pan with hipreferablydd salt and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat after being partly cooked.
  5. Add chopped onions, garlic and peppers with curry into the still hot pan and put it over medium heat, be careful not to overheat.
  6. Add chicken broth.
  7. Mix the yoghurt with the flour in another bowl and add it to the pan, stir them.
  8. Cook over low-medium heat for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed.
  9. Clean and chop the fresh onion.
  10. Wash the apple, without peeling finely chop it into cubes(not too small) and add them into the pan as well.
  11. Add a bit of salt and black pepper.
  12. When the ingredients are cooked and the apple cubes become soft enough, remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on it.
  13. Serve the meal with boiled rice.
