Ingredients
- 400 g of pasta (type fregnacce or maltagliati)
- 200 g tomatoes
- 100 g mixed wild mushrooms
- 100 g black olives
- 4 garlic cloves
- extra virgin olive oil
- chilli to taste
- chopped parsley to taste
Directions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
- At the same time, fry the garlic and chilli in abundant extra virgin olive oil Sabina until golden brown, then add the mushrooms (previously cleaned), black olives and tomatoes and allow to cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta, add the sauce and mix well.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
